The prices just feel kind of high to me, and, I don’t know, the quality doesn’t really seem worth what they’re charging.

"Easy enough to use"
it was straightforward overall. I found what I was looking for without too much hassle, the pages loaded fine, and checkout was easy to follow. Some of the product filters felt a little clunky, but it’s still a good site that just could be a bit smoother.

"Where Did My Package Go?"
I’m still waiting for my order and the shipping is painfully slow. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if my package got pulled into some secret warehouse vortex or if delivery tracking is just there to keep us calm while nothing happens. Hopefully it shows up soon, but yeah, this has been a frustrating wait.

My order showed up quickly, and everything inside was in good shape. The box had a small dent on one corner, but that happens sometimes with shipping and it didn’t affect anything. No complaints here, I’d order again.

"Rules felt unclear, and I’m not sure what I actually paid for"
I bought a wizkids game expecting a smooth game night, but the rulebook was all over the place. We kept stopping to look things up, rereading sections, and still weren’t totally sure if we were playing correctly. For what it costs, I feel like the rules should be way clearer right out of the box. It also kind of made me wonder if there are extra guides, expansions, or some hidden cost I’m supposed to pay for just to make the game make sense. Frustrating overall.

"Checkout froze and I’m still waiting for a real fix"
I tried placing an order twice, and both times the payment page just hung after I hit submit. The weird part is my bank showed pending charges, but the order never actually went through. Support took way too long to explain what was happening, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. i don’t feel comfortable checking out there again right now, and after having my time wasted and funds tied up like that, I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a goodwill credit.

"Pretty decent blind boxes, I guess"
I grabbed a few blind boxes from WizKids and overall it seemed fair. I did end up with one duplicate, but it wasn’t like I got a ton of the same thing or anything. The rares didn’t feel impossible to pull either, at least from what I got. Shipping was fine, no real issues there. I’d probably order again, though I do wish the assortment was a little easier to understand before buying...

"They are a scam!!!"
I purchased a Jelly Cat from there for my daughter for Christmas. When it finally came it was a fake. I took pictures of all of the things that were fake about the cheap stuffed animal they sent me and emailed them to the company. They wrote back saying that they were going to send me a correct one (whatever that means). It has been over a month since I received the email from them. I keep asking them for tracking information and they keep stalling. They keep telling me that they have to wait until they hear back from their warehouse. SCAM!

"Not really worth it for me"
I ordered a few WizKids minis and, they didn’t look nearly as sharp in person as they did in the photos. The faces were kind of blobby, a couple weapons were bent, and there were some weird mold lines that I had to deal with. I get that these are tiny pieces, but for the price I was expecting a bit better. I ended up having to clean them up and repaint more than I wanted to. Probably won’t be ordering more from here.

I went in hoping there’d be a decent mix of items to choose from, but the selection felt really limited. It was basically the same types of products over and over, and if you’re looking for something a little different, there just aren’t many options. Disappointing overall. Save your time if variety is what you’re after

"Return went smoothly, I think"
I had to return one thing from wizkids.com it was mostly fine. The instructions made sense to me, though I did keep wondering if I was missing a step somewhere. Support got back to me after about a day, which seemed reasonable. The refund took a bit longer than I expected, unless I was just being impatient, but it did show up in the end. Not a perfect process, but it wasn’t a big hassle either...

"One of the worst companies on earth"
If you order from wizkids expect to be doing a chargeback when they don't ship your order and don't respond to emails inquiring about it. They don't even HAVE a phone number to try to reach someone. Ordered items over two weeks ago, they were in stock, but they have not shipped. I emailed... no response.
Basically indistiguisable from a scam.

"Always out of stock whenever I look"
I do like a lot of the WizKids stuff, but trying to actually buy anything has been frustrating. The items I’m interested in are almost always sold out or weirdly hard to find, and the restock updates are super vague. It’s always some version of “coming soon” or “check back later,” but then I check back and nothing has changed. The site itself is fine, but it gets old when the products are constantly unavailable and all you get are unclear promises about when they might return.

"Nice little minis, honestly"
I grabbed a few minis from wizkids.com, and the paint went on really nicely. The details still showed through clearly too, which I always worry about a bit... especially when I’m halfway through painting and start thinking about whether I should’ve picked different colors. Anyway, no weird rough spots or anything like that. Happy with them overall.

"Not quite what I expected"
The item I received didn’t really match what I thought I was getting from the photos and details on wizkids.com. I don’t have the listing in front of me to compare every little thing, so maybe I missed something, but the paint and some of the parts looked different than expected. It just made the whole product feel a bit off. If the listing had been clearer, I probably wouldn’t have bought it
